Mountain View is a city in Santa Clara County, California, United States, named for its views of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Mountain View is one of the major Silicon Valley cities and has a population of 74,066 as of the 2010 census. Mountain View is home to many high-tech companies such as Google, Symantec, Mozilla Foundation, Intuit, and LinkedIn.
